We are so ready for warm weather. We got a tease of it last week, but now it's chilly and rainy this week. I don't think it will be warm at all for Easter. With the weather last week, we got hit with more sickness. Steve got the flu, Noah got a nasty stomach virus, and the twins have coughs and runny noses. Megan and I are the only ones who were healthy. I hope it stays that way.
Four of us (Steve, Megan, Noah, and myself) are going to Mexico on a mission trip for spring break. We leave March 29th. The twins are being watched by my mom. We are anxiously getting ready for our trip. Steve and I went to the same place in 2005, but the kids have never been. There are about 60 people from our church going. So it should be a great time.
I made these for dinner last night. They were so good I could not stop eating them!! You should try them!

I'm glad you tried the lettuce wraps. There are so healthy, too, I don't feel bad eating too many:)
Have a great time on your Mission Trip. I'm sure that you'll be a blessing and be blessed in the process. You'll have to put some pictures on your blog when you get back.
